DECK FITTINGS

STANCHIONS: Stainless steel on upper deck.
BOW PULPIT (BOW RAIL): Extended stainless steel with wooden tops.
STERN PULPIT: Stainless steel with wooden tops.
SPARS: Mast and boom with Barlow 16 winch on mast for lifting dinghy in and out of water.

DECK HATCHES: Two (2) opening.

WINDOWS / PORTS / DOORS

Two (2) doors to main wheelhouse area.
Eight (8) windows in wheelhouse - three (3) opening.
Four (4) windows in aft cabin - three (3) opening.
Three (3) opening windows in forward cabin.

CANVAS ENCLOSURE: Blue canvas enclosure with plastic windows.

HEADS: 2 heads with showers of which one is a sits-bath and shower stall combination with hot and cold pressure water and one manual back up.

LIGHT FIXTURES: 12V DC lighting throughout the vessel.

CABIN SOLE: Teak and holly sole.

AIR CONDITIONING UNITS: Two (2) reverse air units.

STEREO, ETC.: 10 disc CD player with speakers at multiple locations.

GALLEY: In wheelhouse.

REFRIGERATION: Nova Kool 12/120 volts fridge with separate freezer.

STOVE / OVEN: Magic Chef 4-burner propane cooker with oven.

UPHOLSTERY: In the main salon adjacent to the steering station and galley, the cushions were replaced in 2010 with new memory foam and covered in the new ultra leather. In the exterior cockpit, the cushions are covered with new Sunbrella.

ENGINE: Perkins T6.3544M. 220 HP. w/Morse Controls at 2 stations and 7200 Hours Raw water cooled to heat exchanger. Transmission is a Borg Warner. Equipped with Racor fuel filter w/water separator.

THRUSTERS: Bow thruster and stern thrusters.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (D.C. SYSTEM)

BATTERIES: Two (2) 8D's forward, two (2) starting batteries, and one (1) smaller for genset.
Set up in banks as:
Two house banks, two engine banks, and one for the genset The Battery swicth is a NewMar on the panel.
PANELS: One (1) dual AC/DC panel.
BREAKERS / FUSES: 18-breakers.
CHARGING SYSTEM: Off alternator on engine. or Xantrex Truecharge 20 amp 12 volt battery charger and Xantrex 50 amp 12 volt battery charger from S/S or genset.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (A.C. SYSTEM)

SHORE POWER INLET:
Two (2) on superstructure to starboard plus one (1) marine telephone/TV inlet. with 12-breakers and circuit load management at helm.

FRESH WATER SYSTEM AND HOT WATER SYSTEM

Raritan Electric or via heat exchanger.

HOLDING TANK: One tank of 42 gallons.

SANITATION (GREY WATER)

PUMPS: Rule 800 gph.
One Tank direct over-side.

STEERING SYSTEM:

CAPILANO Non-powered hydraulic with Simrad autopilot. With one steering station in wheelhouse to starboard and one on bridge deck each with Raytheon ST60. Rudder position guage.

GROUND TACKLE:

ANCHORS: Two (2) Bruce and one (1) Danforth anchors. ROPE MATERIAL: Chain to rope.
WINDLASS: Maxwell 800 electric windlass.

ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT

VHF: Standard Horizon Quantum GX 2360S DSC Standard Horizon Eclipse.
GPS: Raytheon Raystar 390 GPS - serial # KN31388.
CHART PLOTTER / RADAR:

SEARCH LIGHT: Mounted on superstructure.

BOARDING LADDER: On swim platform.

BILGE PUMPS: Two electric pumps plus electric shower sump pump.

Note by Broker:
Presented as complete but subject to changes during the spring of 2012 as the current owner acquired this vessel following an untimely family event. It is priced accordingly. There is one piece of eqipment although somewhat minor on board that belongs to a friend that will not convey with the boat, namely a small chest freezer located in the aft cabin!
